The Lovely Yellow Car is warming up...

Am in the process of applying for all sorts of funding so that I can pay illustrators to draw this and then get it printed and released on vinyl and in book form (+ later as an i-pad app.)

Hullo there! Look at this! It's the opening song from our new album Bright Young Things . All of the songs from 'Leaving the Country' are now on SoundCloud if you want to stream them...and are linked to i-tunes if you want to buy them (they are slightly better quality files on i-tunes dontchyaknow).

The Weary Band 'Leaving the Country' Vinyl release fundraising event 4th March!


In an ideal world we would be able to release our new album on vinyl right away, but unfortunately we haven't got the funds to do this at the moment. So, to raise money for this worthy cause we will be holding a 'table top' sale @ The 'Not So' Supermarket at Start the Bus in Bristol on the 4th March 2012. We have some real good stuff to sell so it would be great to see you there!!
